Portraits

The portraits contained within this album are unconventional in the sense that they are not traditionally posed. Instead, they attempt to capture the mood and the personality of the subject, rather than merely the physical likeness of them. None of these portraits have been shot in a studio, and the majority of them have been shot using natural light.

Snapshots

Capturing the essence of a situation usually occurs in a dynamic moment in which nothing is staged and nobody is posed. This album contains street photography and other candid shots in urban areas from San Francisco to Paris. Each image represents a moment in time, and often just the transition from one moment to another.
